What is Ideavent and what services does it provide?
Ideavent is an Izmir-based digital agency and software studio. Led by Co-Founders Alpay Bayık and Elif Toy, it provides SMEs and entrepreneurs with corporate web design, e-commerce solutions, mobile app development, custom software, SEO & GEO optimization, digital marketing, social media management, corporate identity design, professional photography, videography, and drone filming services.
Do you only serve businesses in Izmir?
No. While primarily focused on Izmir, we also work remotely with businesses across Turkey and abroad. The France-based Hareva Energy Renovation Platform is a concrete example of this. We want you to know that you can get a quote regardless of project scope, sector, or location.
How big is your team and who does it consist of?
Ideavent is a small but agile team specializing in design, software development, digital marketing, and strategy. The co-founders of the team are Alpay Bayık (software and technical leadership) and Elif Toy (management and strategy). We operate with a flexible team structure depending on the needs of the project.

How are your project costs determined?
Each project is evaluated individually based on its scope, number of pages, requested custom modules, and integrations. Instead of a fixed price list, we provide a transparent and fixed quote following a needs analysis. There are no hidden costs; the initially agreed figure remains unchanged.
How long does it take to complete a project?
The timeline varies depending on the scope of the project. Corporate websites are typically completed in 2–4 weeks, e-commerce sites in 3–8 weeks, and mobile applications in 6–16 weeks. Custom software projects can take between 1 to 3 months depending on their complexity. During our initial consultation, we provide you with a customized schedule specific to your scope.
